The much revered principal had earned his respect since he graduated in English and worked as an English teacher at Franklin K. Lane High School and Hicksville High School. He also worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at LaGuardia Community College for brief span of time. Later on when he took to administrative duties as the Assistant Principal, he earned a quick promotion to Supervising Principal.
